Commissions
 

I particularly enjoy the working relationship that comes from being commissioned by someone to create a special and personal piece of artwork.
 

This is a creative process which starts with finding out exactly what the client has in mind, taking into consideration the space where the sculpture will eventually be displayed, shape, colours and size required, and the reason behind commissioning me in the first place, based on what previous work of mine they were originally drawn to.
 

I like to keep in contact with the client as the work evolves, providing progress pictures and giving regular updates of the creative process. Completion time is always agreed from the start.  I feel that it is such a privilege to be given the opportunity to work with clients in this way.   
 

Past commissions have included an array of beloved pets, anniversary wedding gifts, a Liverpool Supporters Liver Bird and a Charity prize giving award.  Here are a few of my most recent pieces…
